Youth Services Inc., is an Organization committed to providing personalized, activity- focused care for youth and adolescents in the City of Chicago. We offer a range of programs designed to meet each child's needs emphasizing on social- emotional learning. Our services include crisis activities, academic support, juvenile diversion, financial assistance, and referrals. Elite Youth Services Inc., was launched in 2023 as a consultant organization designed to provide guidance and support for organizations serving at risk youth in Chicago.
Lakissa M. Garland
Lakissa Garland holds a Master of Business Administration from....and is the founder of Elite Youth Services, an organization that was launched in 2023 to support and empower young people.
With a strong passion for youth advocacy and community development, she is committed to creating opportunities that aid young individuals to grow, succeed, and build positive futures. Her work is rooted in the belief that when communities invest in their young people, lasting change is possible.
Building on this mission, she is now expanding her efforts to develop a Social and Emotional Learning program designed to support individuals transitioning back into the community. This initiative aims to equip participants with essential life skills, emotional awareness, and guidance to help them successfully reintegrate and thrive.
